Your smile brings happiness to all

A lot of us have a hard time managing anger, we get upset easily over things or people. I often find myself reminding others not to let stuff get to them, but the truth is, some people are just so overwhelmed by everyday stress that they can’t help but let their anger out. The problem is, that kind of energy tends to spread. It sets other people off too, and before you know it, things get out of hand.

Given how common it is to struggle with managing anger, do you think we should learn to suppress it entirely (with a fake smile)?
